Pressure Washing in Snohomish County

Driveways, patios, walkways and concrete blasted clean — years of dirt, oil, moss and algae gone in an afternoon.

If your driveway and walkways have turned green, gray or grimy, you're not alone — our wet Snohomish County climate grows algae and moss on flat concrete fast. HydroTide uses commercial-grade pressure washing and surface cleaners to lift it all out, leaving an even, restored finish without the streaks and zebra-stripes that come from a wand alone.

We pressure wash residential and commercial properties across Lake Stevens, Marysville, Everett, Snohomish and the surrounding area. Whether it's a single driveway or a full commercial lot, you get an upfront quote and a crew that protects your landscaping and cleans up before they leave.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Will pressure washing damage my concrete?
Not when it's done right. We match the pressure and tip to the surface and use a flat-surface cleaner for an even finish, so your concrete is cleaned thoroughly without etching or striping.
Can you remove oil stains from my driveway?
We pre-treat oil and rust spots with a degreaser before washing. Most stains lift significantly, though very old, deep stains may lighten rather than disappear completely.
Do you pressure wash decks and pavers?
Yes — we adjust to a lower, safe pressure for wood and pavers, and can re-sand paver joints on request.
